Welcome to A&B Mountain Properties! We currently own and personally operate two lovely short-term rentals in Blowing Rock, North Carolina.
We are Blowing Rock residents, local business owners, proud parents of a little boy and an old dog, and we love hosting folks visiting the High Country. It was our longtime dream to have a vacation rental business together and we are so excited that it has come true.
As hosts, we are detail-oriented and customer-service focused to ensure that all of our guests are well taken care of and can make the most of their experience in our beautiful Blue Ridge mountains here in Western North Carolina. Guests enjoy wonderful living spaces and amenities, thoughtful and personalized touches (including personally-made art and furnishings), and amazing hospitality and communication.

Wonderful cabin, very cozy. The big stone fireplace was great to sit around and talk to each other, and just enjoy the cabin vibes. The amenities were all great. All the little decorations and details were well thought out throughout the cabin. We had a wonderful stay!

Our group had a fantastic weekend in this beautiful cabin. It’s been recently renovated and perfectly decorated. It’s secluded yet convenient to Blowing Rock, the parkway, numerous hiking trails, Grandfather Mountain, and several local wineries. We especially liked the fire pit out back and the view from the front deck. The hosts are friendly and communicative, and check-in was as simple as it could be. We’ll be back! 10/10 would recommend.

This rental Exceeded our expectations. Just minutes from Blowing Rock, shopping and hiking. Beautiful private location, sparkling clean!! Beds were clean, comfortable and cozy, Communication with the owners was fantastic. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway!! Definitely will plan to come back in the spring to experience the beautiful foliage!! You will not be disappointed!!
