A&B Mountain Properties

Welcome to A&B Mountain Properties! We own and personally operate three short-term rental properties located in the High Country of North Carolina (Boone/Banner Elk and Blowing Rock). 

We are Blowing Rock residents, local business owners, proud parents of a little boy and two unruly dogs, and we love hosting folks at our properties. It was our longtime dream to have a vacation rental business together and we are so excited that it has come true.  

As hosts, we are detail-oriented and customer-service focused to ensure that all of our guests are well taken care of and can make the most of their experience in our beautiful Blue Ridge mountains here in Western North Carolina.  In our homes, guests enjoy wonderful living spaces and amenities, thoughtful and personalized touches (including personally-made art and furnishings), and amazing hospitality and communication.
